This policy explains how First Move Advisory, LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.
When you book a session or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, school or employer, resume or LinkedIn profile, payment details processed through Stripe, and any other information you choose to share to help us prepare for your session.
We use Calendly for scheduling and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process your information under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your information to third parties.
We retain client information for as long as needed to deliver services and to meet tax and legal recordkeeping requirements.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing eric@firstmoveadvisory.com. We will retain what we're required to keep for legal or tax purposes.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure for payment data. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our services are intended for undergraduate students, graduate students, and working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
