Client Services Agreement

This agreement governs services provided by First Move Advisory, LLC ("First Move Advisory," "we," "us") to the client ("you") who books a session.

1. Eligibility

First Move Advisory serves undergraduate and master's students in STEM and business fields, and early-career professionals. Currently enrolled Johns Hopkins University undergraduate students are not eligible for services. Johns Hopkins graduate students are eligible. First Move Advisory is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Johns Hopkins University.

2. Services

First Move Advisory offers three service tiers. Each is booked and paid for in full at the time Session 1 is scheduled.

The Audit — $150

• One 30-minute session.
• Focused review and feedback on a specific, defined question or document.

The Pipeline — $350

• Two 45-minute sessions: a target-company and role list (Session 1), followed by a networking strategy (Session 2).
• Two written async check-ins, to be used within 14 days of Session 2.

The Sprint — $500

• Two 45-minute sessions of behavioral and role-specific mock interviews.
• Three written async check-ins, available from Session 2 through 7 days after the final session.

3. Async check-ins

Async check-ins are a shared pool of written exchanges tied to the engagement as a whole, not a per-gap allowance. Each check-in is answered with one written reply from First Move Advisory. Check-ins not used within the applicable window expire and do not carry forward or convert to a refund.

4. Scheduling follow-on sessions

Where a service includes more than one session, follow-on sessions are scheduled at no additional charge once Session 1 is booked and paid for.

5. Payment

Payment is collected in full through Stripe at the time of booking. Prices are listed on the First Move Advisory website and are subject to change for new bookings; the price in effect at the time of your booking applies to your engagement.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled through Calendly up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

7. Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied after Session 1 of any package, contact us within 48 hours of that session to discuss a resolution. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once a session has been delivered.

8. Nature of services

First Move Advisory provides career strategy advice, feedback, and coaching. We do not guarantee any interview, offer, admission, or employment outcome. Advice may reference or incorporate the use of AI tools; where it does, this will be disclosed to you as part of the engagement.

9. Confidentiality

Information you share with First Move Advisory, including resumes, transcripts, and career details, is used solely to provide services to you and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

10. Limitation of liability

First Move Advisory's total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service package giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
